Refund Policy

What that means in practice

Once you've purchased and accessed a product, that purchase isn't refundable. This applies to the guide bundle, Master Planner, and any downloaded materials.

Consultations and reviews

The 60-Minute Consultation and Plan & Estimate Review are refundable in full within 48 hours of purchase, provided the call hasn't happened and I haven't started reviewing your materials. Once the call happens or the review is underway, that time has been spent and the sale is final.

Project Planning includes 8 hours of consultation valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused hours don't roll over past that window and aren't refundable.

If something's wrong, tell me

This is a one-man operation, not a support department. If a calculator gives you a bad number, a download won't open, or something isn't working the way it should — email me at info@dirtworkblueprint.com and I'll fix it. I'd rather solve the problem than argue about a refund.

If I can't make it right, I'll refund you. That's a judgment call I make case by case, and I'd rather have it that way than hide behind a policy.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting me first, your account access will be revoked. Email me instead — it's faster and I'll actually answer.
