Assumptions
- Debris factor converts footprint area to estimated debris volume. Default values: wood=0.10, metal=0.06, masonry=0.18, mobile=0.05 yd³/sf.
- When wall height is entered for metal buildings, height-based volume is used (single clear-span). For mezzanine levels (floors>1), the larger of height vs floors method is used.
- Mobile home estimate covers roll-off debris only — chassis, axles, and frame are scrap metal, handled separately.
